About the Course
This is an intensive two-month Advanced Certification Course for Pharma Laboratory Analyst with a focus on classroom training on instruments and strong emphasis on practical application through hands-on exposure in a GMP analytical Lab.

Course Facilitators
Dr. Rajendra Mhaske
With 27 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Rajendra Mhaske is an expert in Analytical Research Development, Method Validation, and Quality Control. He is always on the lookout for ways to increase his knowledge and holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and an MBA in Finance. Over the years, Dr. Mhaske has gathered rich experience while working for companies like USV, Nicholas Piramal, Famy Care, Sharon Bio-Medicine, SGS (Janssen Cilag), and Rubicon Research.
Rajani Mudkavi
Rajani Mudkavi has spent over 33 years in various domains of the pharmaceutical industry, like Quality Control, Quality Assurance, QMS and Regulatory Affairs. She is an FDA approved scientist for chemical and drug testing. Her experience is primarily in regulated manufacturing plants (USFDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO, etc) where she managed large teams in organizations like Wockhardt and Harman Finochem.
She is passionate about mentoring and preparing fresh young professionals in the pharma industry and has therefore taken on an entrepreneurial role. She set up a start-of-art Analytical Research facility in Aurangabad – SHODH. In the last six years, SHODH has successfully trained over 5,000 students through various academic platforms. These students have secured promising career prospects in leading pharmaceutical organizations across India.
